How to translate a page?/Come tradurre un atricolo?
- First, go to the English version of the article's page and click "Edit". Select everything in the box and copy it.
- The Italian version of the article Boat would be Boat/it - just add /it after the link to create the new page in Italian. Paste in the original article and translate away!
- Don't forget to add the template {{project|Italian translation}} on the Italian article to display a little box showing which page belongs to the project and add the article to the Spanish translation category.
- Just before you start translating a page, put the link in Progress list (see section below) and make a note of the article you are translating so everyone's on the same page, to avoid redundancy or conflict in translations.
- Vai alla versione inglese dell'articolo e clicca su "Edit". Seleziona tutte le parole e copiale.
- La versione italiana dell'articolo Boat sarebbe Boat/it - aggiungi solamente /it dopo il link per crare la nuova pagina in italiano. Incolla quello che avevi incollato prima e comincia a tradurre!
- Non dimenticarti di aggiungere {{project|Italian translation}} in cima all'articolo italiano per far si che compaia un quadrato per far vedere in cima alla pagina a quale progetto appartiene l'articolo.
- Prima di cominciare a tradurre una pagina, metti il linl nella Progress List (Vedi sotto).
Regole Generali
Tutti coloro che desiderano tradurre una pagina sono pregati di usare un italiano corretto nella traduzione e di rileggere l'articolo una volta finito per evitare errori come:
- Verbi e tempi sbagliati.
- Ripetizioni inutili.
- Coerenza tra plurale e singolare.
Oltretutto, siete pregati di trasformare tutti i link della pagina che state traducendo aggiungendo il /it alla fine, anche se il nome non cambia dalla traduzione all'inglese all'italiano.
