Bats

i think i heard somewhere that bats will be flying torches. --Spek 20:46, 4 December 2010 (UTC)

Duplicates?

They are not duplicates because if you have a skin in single player they still are skinned to the default player. --Robodoggy 23:36, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Ok, will change. Thanks :) --SteGriff 09:41, 11 July 2009 (UTC)
They are still in singleplayer? I thought notch removed them.--Ten Tacles 16:53, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Chickens

I have had a chicken drop more than 1 feather, the page is incorrect. also now that their are chickens what do zombies drop?

Zombies still drop feathers. --Coolpilot 23:55, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

I found an egg outside of my fortress the morning after a chicken was wandering around it that night. I assume this is relevant...--SeriesOfBeeps 01:32, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Yes, chickens occasionally drop eggs while alive. Hasn't that been added here yet...? --Coolpilot 2:18, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
As said above chickens DO in fact lay eggs. I've trapped them.
Is it normal for chickens to be able to walk through a half block? I had a setup like this,
 Side view
 D DH
 D D

Basically the chicken walked through the half block hole to the dirt wall behind it. -DrWhoCares

Has anyone else had chickens dropping leather on survival multiplayer when killed with fire? I've had it happen several times on several servers, but not consistently. Its very obviously a bug although I've not had the opportunity to test it extensively on singleplayer. — Balthazar 21:32, 4 September 2010 (CDT)
This is because, in survival multiplayer, the chicken is accidentally saved with the cow's entity ID. CyborgDragon 09:45, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

I built a large water trap under my house which piped resources from things which fell in and drowned down to the center. It seems to often have some eggs, and they come fro various sides. As far as I know, I haven't gotten any feathers yet. Could it be possible that chickens drop an egg instead of feathers when drowned?--Mskd bklndr 09:26, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

Chickens don't drop eggs when drowned, but they can breathe where other mobs can't, so maybe they just dropped eggs and didn't drown. User:ChakAttack 28 October 2010

Humans

I was playing Survival mode almost twelve hours ago and by chance came upon a lone human mob. It would not move from the spot where it stood and did not react to being struck, beyond flashing red and being pushed back. A good few blows killed it and its body never disappeared. Nothing dropped from it either. I checked Notch's development blog and it mentions nothing that might be related to this. Should this have happened? SteveZombie 00:28, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Zombies

Can they swim? From what I've seen they can't. Anyone else have the same observation?

Zombies can swim. I see them do it all the time. --Coolpilot 19:52, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

There is also hidden giant zombie mob, its entity name is "Giant". Its probably one from Notch's video.

--Katnipz 23:13, 29 July 2010 (UTC) Zombies can swim, sort of, they can swim but not dive unless jumping off a ledge.

Pigs eating

Do they really eat mushrooms?

Any chance we could get an in game picture of her from one of the old versions? --Zaneo 19:44, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

Skeletons

I was killing mobs trapped in my mob trap when I heard the sound of lots of arrows being fired. When I looked outside I saw two skeletons fighting each other which went on till one died. The survivor turned it's attention to me and fell in my trap where I killed it. Has anyone else seen skeletons fight each other? Is this intentional or a bug?

I recognize this, think something similar happened to me a while ago, not sure it was skeletons though, but definitely a mob killing another mob. --Genemos 23:54, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
it is intentional. it's funny. if a skeleton hits a creeper, it goes to the creeper and blows it up. mob in-fighting is actually pretty useful. --Kizzycocoa 00:11, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
Kizzycocoa it is unintentional, notch just decided to keep it. --Katnipz 01:14, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
woah, really? that seems impossible. to code it so that they turn on each other seems to be a feature, not an accident o-o --Kizzycocoa 10:40, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
I've seen skeletons start shooting each other when one hits the other, but they also keep attacking me a lot. Don't think they drop anything if they are killed by each other, no arrows, no records. Ah well. I'd guess that the code trigger is to attack something that attacks you [so they can detect you if you come up behind them], and they have separate code which says to roam around and attack on sight. So if they get hit, they retaliate. --Mskd bklndr 09:30, 26 October 2010 (CDT)
I agree. I've seen groups of mobs be peaceful to each other until one accidentaly hit the other, then the hit mob started attacking the mob who shot it in the first place. Having skeletons get killed by zombies makes me smile.

Difficulty

What does the change in difficulty do?Does it increase hitpoint of enemies or what?--Vibhor 16:51, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

Enemies' attacks do more damage. I believe it's basically 1:2:3 in terms of Easy:Normal:Hard, so the spider does .5 hears on Easy and 1.5 hearts of damage on Hard. THe precise proportions per enemy might be different, though. Jaeil 15:50, 24 October 2010 (CDT)
Difficulty, this page should help. It lists all the differences between difficulties, and Health/Damage will tell you all the damage values of mobs on each difficulty. CyborgDragon 14:42, 26 October 2010 (UTC)

Slimes

Slimes come in three sizes: small, medium and large. Large slimes take two hits, the other sizes take one (with a sword). Upon death, large slimes split into 4 medium slimes. They get around by bouncing.
Also, slimes are easier to kill when you have the Flint and Tinder.

the balls they drop are nothing like snowballz, wth is their use?--Vibhor 05:50, 29 July 2010 (UTC) They also(the big ones)spawn in peaceful mode,Just checked recently,Killing one spawned 2 small ones and three slime balls but I still am looking for the use of them--Vibhor 06:38, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

I don't think the slime balls have any implemented use yet, but remember we're still in Alpha.
I'm assuming the Flint and Tinder comment means you can burn them? Will they still drop slime balls? --Mskd bklndr 14:33, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
How come I haven't found any slimes at all traveling through caves at the world's bedrock? Are they rare? :/ --MaseFace 03:33, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
The way I understand it to work is that slimes can only spawn in specific areas near the bedrock marked in the map data as slime areas. Once you do manage to find slimes in an area, you will always find slimes in that area.--XipXoom 22:42, 31 October 2010 (CDT)

Mob names

I'm seeing some conflict with mobs and their names. Sometimes they are capitalized other times they are not If we make a page they should be all one type of noun. So should they be proper nouns, "The Creepers creep," or just normal nouns, "The creepers creep"

Formatting

Something went weird with the formatting and now everything is out of place, somebody who knows how to fix should give it a try. --Zaneo 19:44, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

the wiki is lagging a LOT. give it an hour or two. --Kizzycocoa 19:45, 26 July 2010 (UTC)
We wouldnt need this weird formatting if we just split the page into articles for each mob.Toadbert

Splitting

I think we should split this into a page for each mob and also have a page redirecting to each mob page. There is going to be a BUNCH of mobs in the near updates i think, it's going to get confusing fast and just easier to have it split. --Katnipz 01:18, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

  • There are not enough mobs around yet to split the article up. Maybe we'll do this in the future, but for now, there is no need for this.--Quatroking - Garble Garble! 01:27, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Im agreeing with katnipz, each mob is capable of their own article and doesn't need to be all in one page. This article should just explain what mobs are and possibly list the types. I dont see why there has to be more mobs to split up the article... Toadbert
I agree too, page is getting a bit unwieldily. Also it would make vandalism more tedious for the vandal Llamageddon 9:12, 31 July, 2010 (GMT)
I think the mobs need more detail, more links to relevant pages specific to them, and overall more facts and behaviour comments. +1 vote for individual pages. --Mskd bklndr 14:35, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
A seperate page for each mob would make it easier to access information (seeing one doesn't have to scroll through all the other mobs to get there, only to find a small paragraph). As previously said, each mob is pretty capable of having it's own article. It could include the monster's skin, multiple images, and other little bits of information. Why not get started with the individual articles now while we're ahead? --Funkadacious
I agree, different pages for each of the mobs (aside from the rumoured ones) would be a good idea. --Sade1212 08:54, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
I think a split is in order as well. The wiki is way too small currently, It needs to be more encyclopedic IMO. I would be more than willing to start pages for mobs if nobody has any objections. --DStecks 17:58, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
you've all got the all-clear from us admins :) --Kizzycocoa 13:25, 5 November 2010 (CDT)

And a mob template? --PurpleKiwi 17:43, 5 November 2010 (CDT)
for now, we just want to sort things out. I will make a template when I can.--Kizzycocoa 22:48, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
actually, I think it shouldn't use a template. it isn't going to really be used for any other page. templates are for multi-use stuff, like stubs and the block list.
that's a thought.....--Kizzycocoa 22:54, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
Shit, you guys move fast! I look away for like, 2 hours and you've already got the pages made! Bravo! --DStecks 00:02, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
thanks! tedious work though. so many minor edits. XD
thankfully, some other users fixed up a few things here and there though =DDDD--Kizzycocoa 19:14, 5 November 2010 (CDT)

Bulls = Cows?

When looking in the minecraft.jar, I noticed that there is only ONE mob skin for cows, and it is the "bull" skin. The old cow skin is gone. So, aren't bulls and cows then the same thing? --Coolpilot 20:44, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

I....am not sure. probably are the same then maybe? --Kizzycocoa 20:55, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Perhaps they were removed until milk gets working properly... Megadog 04:08, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
So this implies we have been milking bulls... --Dnmr 01:23, 2 September 2010 (CDT)
I believe Notch stated that they are cows, not bulls. There are some species of cows where the females have small horns. --CyborgDragonb 11:48, 23 October 2010 (CDT)
Bulls are male, and cows are female. Since we can milk them they're cows. --CraigCraig 20:42, 30 October 2010 (UTC)

Creepers

In Alpha, Creepers drop Gold Records, just found one. - Cyris 05:34, 02 August 2010 (UTC)

I can confirm that Creepers drop Gold Records when killed by Skeletons. Just did it two different times and got a Gold record each time. --Gzalzi 19:04, 20 August 2010 (PDT)
I also confirm that every time Creeper is killed by the Skeleton it drops a Record (Green as well). Did it 5 times - 2 Green and 3 Gold Records.--HYBRID-BEING 14:59, 1 September 2010 (CDT)
I did it and got nothing, from either of them. — Balthazar (T|C) 18:03, 7 September 2010 (CDT)
You must have did something wrong. If the creeper blew up, then it wont drop a record. An easy way to get records is to hit a creeper twice with an iron sword to reduce its health, and then have it follow you to a skeleton. Have the skeleton shoot the creeper, and one arrow should kill it and drop a record. Toadbert
I had to try this and can also confirm that it works. Awesome way to get lots of records quick since they're rare to find in dungeons. -AARST

-Creepers make a hissing noise when hit by an object, I've done it six times.

Spawning of friendly mobs

Just for a better reference, someone should include the conditions of spawning friendly mobs. I would like to know if grass or a certain amount of light is required for them to spawn. It seems that cows mysteriously spawn inside my underground farm. They seem to spawn on a field of grass I created adjacent to it.Timithy4569 22:45, 22 August 2010 (PDT)

Critters spawn on grass, in at least moonlight. There also seems to be some sort of randomized spawn displacement, allowing them to spawn on the opposite side of a wall, if there is grass on one side. CyborgDragon 09:49, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

Missing three mobs

Where are Steve, Black Steve and beast boy, why are they not here? no, just, no. we've had enough fake mobs for one day, thanks.--Kizzycocoa 05:11, 1 September 2010 (PDT)

They are not fake, they were implemented for a very short time in Indev, and were made by Dock. Steve and Black Steve, Beast Boy. --HYBRID-BEING 14:47, 1 September 2010 (CDT)
well, wow. I never saw that. must have been close to dock's leaving. I guess they could be added.--Kizzycocoa 15:00, 1 September 2010 (CDT)

Sheeps

Do they grow wool in Alpha or was that cut with grass-eating?

All sheep have wool on them, you can hit them once with anything (even a sword) to collect the wool without killing them. --Tiwuno 15:00, 3 September 2010 (CDT)
wrong answer
no, they do not re-grow wool. idk how long that's been for though.--Kizzycocoa 15:20, 3 September 2010 (CDT)

Skeletons riding spiders

This feature was added with the Seecret friday 8 patch. How should we go about making this? Should we have a note on one, or both of the mobs involved or should it have its own section? It isn't a single entity as can be seen in the video but is like a player riding a boat or a cart but it might be more aesthetically pleasing on the wiki. Also one piece of information is still needed. Do the enemies spawn together like this or do they form when the two enemy mobs collide when wandering about randomly?

Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbJ0eQAUSwM --Moxxy 00:57, 4 September 2010 (CDT)

They spawn separately and the skeleton starts riding the spider when they collide. I've seen it happen. And besides... players don't spawn in a boat, do they? --XANA520 20:43, 4 October 2010 (UTC)
I think that the Skelly + Spider should have its own page, copiously linked to the two MOBs' pages. Even if it isn't technically its own entity, the function of a spider being ridden [like a pig or a boat] by a skeleton is a unique and separate feature of the game.

1 in 100 spiders will spawn with (or just below I guess, technically) a skeleton. Note that the skeleton is in a different position, one unused for anything else I think...namely sort of sitting like a Lego man. I have found that these MOBs can be easier to kill together than seperate in some instances, I killed both of them wit just one spawn, while unarmed. I got fairly close, so I'm wondering if the spider, being a flat mob, was hit by the skeleton's arrows as they sailed at me. It may also have been some luck on my part. --Mskd bklndr 09:46, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

As was said above, they spawn separately and the skeleton has to walk into the spider before he starts riding. Also, the sitting position is used by the player for riding minecarts and boats. CyborgDragon 09:52, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

Also, here's a screenshot (we already have one, but if it gets its own page, having multiple screenshots might help):

Problems with new images

The new images for sheep and pigs do not get displayed properly. I wouldnt know how to fix it other than reverting said images, but someone with more skill may be able to edit them to work properly. BlueLegion 06:57, 20 September 2010 (CDT)

There's nothing wrong with them. IE7+ can display transparent PNG images properly and all other browsers have always been able to. --ultradude25 00:32, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

Mob AI

Anyone know if enemies can pathfind? I've seen mobs jump on certain bricks to get to me from below. Also, mobs stop when they reach a cliff, I think. I also just found out that all mobs can climb ladders...PurpleKiwi 22:22, 5 October 2010 (UTC)

nope. straight paths only. but they have logic. try not to fall off of a cliff for one. and skeletons go around you/stay still. same with creepers, but only up close. and yes, they can all climb ladders.--Kizzycocoa 07:26, 6 October 2010 (UTC)

Thanks! PurpleKiwi 15:28, 6 October 2010 (UTC)

Has anyone else noticed that neutral mobs are attracted to light? It seems that everytime it gets dark theres always a cow or something trying to get into my greenhouse. --Ikalpo 18:31, 23 October 2010 (UTC)

I have noticed this with cows, sheep, and chickens, but of course not daytime spiders. It's been fairly obvious as my long path off torches attracts all of the neutral MOBs, especially at night, but just in general. --Mskd bklndr 09:49, 26 October 2010 (CDT)
So that's why I have sheep and chickens in my shaft mines at night! Just got a good idea, you could set up a bright totem thing on the middle of your island, then the animal would be attracted to it, when the sun is rising, you go out and slaughter the group of animals! I have to try that! --User:Samylance Oct. 27, 2010

I just make eternal fires on the ground (using logs or helldirt) so animals spawn in the area and get killed by the fire. I had about ten of those traps in one of my saves and I got enough cowhide in one day for two sets of leather armor (>48 cowhides).
I built a water trap around/under my castle, and I forgot to remove the torches around the perimeter of my castle...I got a LOT of eggs, pork, and leather. --Mskd bklndr 12:41, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Yes, there is. A guy on minecraftforum.com presented evidence that he made a pigman skin long before miclee presented the idea to notch. And notch's version of zombie pigmen differs greatly from miclee's version. And even if we ignore that, it is still personal advertisement, and has nothing to do a serious wiki. – Unsigned comment added by Grix (talkcontribs). Sign comments with ~~~~
Well then you need to take that up with Quatro, he put it back in as well. ultradude25 (T|C) 11:34, 3 November 2010 (UTC)
Who cares about any of this? It's not like it's the most illustrious idea anyone's ever had. Frankly, it's fairly minor even if it's a standard implementation. All glory be to Notch! --Mskd bklndr 12:44, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Goblins

The npc Goblin villages were mentioned in future mobs, wondering if there was any word on what they were for? A challenge of many hostile mobs, is that all? It would be cool if you could engage in peaceful engagement like trading. I would love to see you trading logs for mushrooms or something with a goblin. User:Samylance - Oct. 24 2010

What would be cool is for them to behave like spiders (neutral during day, aggressive during night), only not fear the light, or at least tolerate higher light conditions than spiders do. If they were Neutral you might be able to trade with them. Also I hope there will be some map generation stuff bound up with the goblin generation, so they could have houses or at least orderly caves rather than just a bunch of goblins standing around. --Mskd bklndr 14:52, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
Maybe if you attack or do some other hostile action those goblins in their village would become hostile, but other villages would stay neutral, would add a bit of diplomacy.--User:Samylance 26, October 2010

Diplomacy would be pretty cool. :D PurpleKiwi 22:40, 26 October 2010 (CDT)

It would suck if they were only under ground. We should invent spears so that the goblins can use them, can't really see a goblin holding an iron sword, maybe there could be like the shovel except flint as the top.--User:Samylance Oct. 28, 2010

Zombie Pigmen in Peaceful?

Just reading through the page, I noticed that Zombie Pigmen are neutral mobs. Does that mean that they appear even if the game is in peaceful? --Biendeo 3:38, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

Yes. --Scykei 01:40, 31 October 2010 (CDT)
No, they don't appear in peaceful. They only appear on easy and harder, as they turn hostile when provoked. Miclee 17:54, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

This is not entirely True, Zombie pigmen will occasionally attack unprovoked. But only one of them. If you defend yourself, then then all with in a certain range will come after you also.

So do Zombie Pigmen spawn in peaceful or not? Groshi 12:29, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
They do not spawn on peaceful, and the above unsigned comment is a fallacy as well. If you are ever attacked unprovoked, then it is a pigman who has remained hostile to you after you attacked one of his brethren in the area tied to his spawn chunk. I have managed to be in the Nether for hours on end on hard and never once has a pigman attacked me unprovoked. Levy 16:25, 4 November 2010 (CDT)
No, he's right, theyd do occasionally do it unprovoked. Don't tell me otherwise, I was mauled in the first 10 seconds I was in the nether, not even having time to throw a punch.
Actually, they attack if you dig the square directly underneath one.

Proposal: All Currently In-Game Mobs to Have Own Article

I don't know if this is the right place to make a proposal but as we all know, the list of mobs are constantly expanding. It's unwise to have every mob to like to this page. Just like almost every item and block having their own page, why not mobs? Then we can add more detailed information like habitat, techniques to combat them, drops, trivia and pictures. This article should remain as a disambiguation page, listing minor details and about mobs in general. --Scykei 06:56, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

Herobrine

Folks, it ain't happening, seriously. He's what he's said repeatedly on twitter isn't suggestive that it might happen [1] (this link is also in the notch time section) he's saying he's got no plans for it to happen. Perhaps the myth should be contained to its own page? It doesn't seem useful for it to appear on this page in 'possible future' mobs with evidence directly to the contrary but I'm not inclined to edit it out yet.!Lil kreen 17:52, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

He has given evidence to add Herobrine to the game as well. It WILL happen. It will only be a matter of time before Notch stops being lazy and gives the players what they want. It's clear he is just too lazy to create Herobrine's AI to match the lore. Levy 21:28, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

Spiders are neutral

Should they be, at least partially, added to the neutral section? --ultradude25 (T|C) 04:57, 1 November 2010 (CDT)

My suggestion would be not to just because without any action on the player's part, spiders will eventually return to their aggressive state. I'd personally just leave this quirk in their behavior under the spider's description. --XipXoom 10:11, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

no wasnt a torch a brand new landscape had not even been that way yet

Steve

  • Are there any pictures of Steve or any of the other Rana look alikes? --Coupon22 21:03, 3 November 2010 (UTC)
If anyone still has a very old version on their drive, they could take screenshots. There is a YouTube video with Steve and Black Steve in that I could get screencaps from. I've also obtained the old mob files, so I can get good shots of all 3. Should they be added to the page, under Rana? And would the totally legal (but a bit blurry) screencaps be safer than the shaky ground of crispy model shots? (I have bought the game, by the way...) JaffaCakeLover 18:47, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
On a related note, this forum topic rabbits on about the MD3 mob drops. See Kitkat's post: So Black Steve did drop gunpowder (read that at least twice), but did the others really drop Rope and Arrow Fletching (whatever they are)? JaffaCakeLover 17:29, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
p.s. screw it, i'm putting the rendered images in now they have pages to live in. JaffaCakeLover 12:43, 6 November 2010 (CDT)

Freindly mobs spawning on Nether materials

http://i56.tinypic.com/2qd6drs.png Here's the story, I read that the Mud can prevent boats from breaking. So I edited my port with some mud, and my entire hous with some Lightstone. Then, I was working on an item moving thing using water from my fishing spot to my item spot. I've noticed more mobs inside my house. Then I found a pig, RANDOMLY SPAWN on a Lightstone. I've also seen more mobs where Mud is. Could it be that they spawn on Nether materials? --Fireflywater 21:10, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Notch's Plans

Notch says he's going to add some type of boss monster and towns... Should this be on the page? --PurpleKiwi 23:49, 3 November 2010 (CDT)

New graphical menu

I must admit I don't like the new graphical menu that came in over the weekend. The close-ups of the mobs faces don't make it clear what they are, especially for new players to the game. I found I had to hover the mouse over the image to see where it was linking to. Please make this page a little more user-friendly and add text links next to the images for each mob face. (Actually, it would be better to just put the mobs template up near the top of the page...) DannyF1966 05:23, 8 November 2010 (CST)

I partially agree. I designed the new page, but there is a feature I wanted that I did not know how to implement.
I want links that are under the images, and are centered to the middle of the images, explaining what they are.
however, if I add them, they look all squished or out of line. so you can see my dilemma. I am however plannig to add images of their names in a clear font that would also link to the mob page. I plan to implement this when I get home at about 5PM GMT
Would that be better for you?--Kizzycocoa 05:39, 8 November 2010 (CST)
done. happy?--Kizzycocoa 06:40, 8 November 2010 (CST)
Indeed I am, thank you! DannyF1966 06:44, 8 November 2010 (CST)
no problem! ^^--Kizzycocoa 13:09, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
And mere hours later, i've gone and replaced it... now the mobs are arranged in (invisible) tables, and proper text is used for the captions instead of images. JaffaCakeLover 11:01, 8 November 2010 (CST)

Humans and pigmen

Just to stop these undoing/editing wars, humans and pigmen do actually have code in-game, and can be spawned, wether by mob spawner or editing a mob. they are both however unused, so are under the unused category.--Kizzycocoa 09:20, 8 November 2010 (CST) But in the very very early versions humans were a mob, then they were removed, and according to miclee, the creator of zombie pigmen, he came up with living pigmen before zombies and subbmitted the idea to notch, who said he would add it eventually.--Golbolco 9:25, 9 november 2010 (Eastern standard time)

WTF?

I've been wondering... what's with the NOTOC on this page? And all the NOEDITSECTION in the mobs page? Ima remove it as they aren't useful to us. We need people to contribute :D --Scykei 04:41, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

They stop the unnecessary Table of Contents and Section edit links from showing up, as they're not needed and originally looked really ugly next to the image before it was put in the table. User:Ultradude25/sig at 04:54, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

Slimes...

Since Slimes don't spawn at all anymore, should they be moved into a different category? ConMan8 12:57, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

hmm. maybe. I think they should stay, but they -are- unused. I shall wait for an overall majority.--Kizzycocoa 07:13, 15 November 2010 (CST)
Leave it, he'll probably fix it very soon, its just extra work. -F1racer101 00:23, 16 November 2010 (CST)
Apparently, this WAS the fix. ConMan8 03:47, 18 November 2010 (UTC)

FEESHIES

While browsing the mob files i came across fish, it had all the needed coding, but was missing a model. I think a fish mob page should be made and added to the unused catagory until notch finishes them. Golby, 3:41 PM, 20 november, 2010 (EST)

I personally don't think it should. it has no model, and so, cannot be spawned. once the unused code is tied with a model, then we should add it. IMO at least. feel free to mention it in the mobs page though.--Kizzycocoa 14:46, 20 November 2010 (CST)

Dragon livestream?

On the dragon part it states that notch did a livestream with a dragon in the nether, could someone give a link to this video? Golby, 10:53 AM, monday november 22 2010 (EST)
